Brett Olander’s legal career began with admission to the bar in 1985. His civil trial work has included personal injury, insurance, products liability, construction, commercial, securities, and employment disputes.
Today, his practice focuses on mediation and arbitration. According to his University of Minnesota Law profile, Brett has mediated more than 6,000 disputes across a broad range of civil matters.
